Full View Full Perfect performance and practice soundThe Roland RP701 digital is designed for both practice and performance. Even if you’re practising silently with headphones, you should still get a full impression of your sound quality. You get this thanks to Roland’s Headphones 3D Ambience. This feature brings you an immersive, realistic playing experience even when it’s only for you to hear. Practise without disturbing anyone the right way.Impress with Roland’s SuperNATURAL sound engine. This piano will do justice to all your favourite pieces thanks to the attention to detail in this unique, expressive sound engine. Roland has carefully recreated the characteristics of an acoustic piano so you get the full experience. You see this in that the SuperNATURAL sound engine lets notes fade away naturally without looping, unlike other sampled tones which can often repeat the same sound. There’s accurate sampling across the whole range. You see the same faithfulness to an acoustic sound in that each of the RP701’s 88 keys has been individually sampled. This prevents any abrupt changes in tonal colour across the keyboard, which can happen when other sound engines use the same basic sample for a group of notes. Enjoy only smooth transitions across the keys.Natural piano touchTeachers will appreciate the natural feel of the RP701. That’s because pianists learning on this instrument will have all the correct technique that they can transfer to any piano, whether acoustic or digital. Indeed, the PHA-4 Standard keyboard has high-resolution sensing and escapement so you can master even the most advanced playing styles. Every key reacts accurately to the slightest hand movement, capturing every nuance of your performance.Beautiful look in your homeOwn a piano you’ll be proud to place in a room. This Roland RP701 has a classic piano look with a modern flair. You get the smooth, sophisticated curves of an advanced piano, as well as the traditional look of elegant front legs, in a compact size that won’t take over your space. Its panel has been stripped of any unnecessary buttons, making it clutter-free with easy-to-read icons. This means you won’t have to spend time working out how to play but can just enjoy making music with this intuitive system.Accessible Bluetooth learningOpen a whole new world of playing possibilities.
